At the All Staff Meeting on April 26, Kyl summarized the highlights of the April Board meeting and communicated URAC’s revised 2018 Corporate Goals. The organization has experienced double digit operating margins since 2013 - a tremendous result! Despite the favorable outcome, we continued to miss the new business growth target. To reverse this trend, URAC’s Board elected to modify the 2018 Corporate Goals to create additional focus:

Community Pharmacy v2.0: What Drives This Market?

URAC revised its Community Pharmacy Accreditation program by collaborating with CVS, which achieved accreditation under an earlier version of the program. The resulting version 2.0 better aligns with current market needs and provides a glidepath to other programs: Specialty Pharmacy and Mail Service Pharmacy.
