Robin Adams

As URAC’s vice president of strategy and product development, Robin enjoys applying her experience in working with the Leadership Team to craft URAC’s three-year strategic plan. With more than 23 years in health care working with physicians and hospital administrators, Robin has devoted her career to building clinical programs to drive organizational growth and improving the patient experience. In addition to her bachelor’s degree in Finance and Nutrition, she has two master’s degrees – an MBA and M.S. in Finance. Robin enjoys spending time with her family, her dog, Chase, and running.

When making an inquiry or appointment, what communication channel did you use: self-service, online chat, email, or text? Or did you resort to voice communication? Can you recall your experience? Was it easy to use? If you used more than one channel, did the various channels create a seamless experience? How did you feel about the company after the transaction? Did your experience strengthen your loyalty to the organization or did you feel dissatisfied and ready to seek an alternative?
