
The 2017 Annual Performance Reviews are available on Paylocity under the Talent Tab. Here is some important information.
- Employees should complete their self-assessment by December 15th
- Managers have until January 19th to complete all reviews.
- The review consists of three (3) sections
- Competencies
- Develop 2018 S.M.A.R.T. Goals
- Manager and employee develop 3-5 goals
- Goals should align with 3 organizational goals
- Build for Value: Build/launch one new program annually and accelerating responses to government stimulated accreditation opportunities;
- Innovate for Value: Pursue and finalize strategic alliance(s) (new products, new markets, new resources, new revenue streams) by 2018.
- Innovate for Value: Launch Redefine Health. (Your goals might only be related to one or two of the above goals, in some cases all three)
