The 2017 Annual Performace Reviews

The 2017 Annual Performance Reviews are available on Paylocity under the Talent Tab.  Here is some important information.

  • Employees should complete their self-assessment by December 15th
  • Managers have until January 19th to complete all reviews.
  • The review consists of three (3) sections
    1. Competencies
    2. Develop 2018 S.M.A.R.T. Goals
      • Manager and employee develop 3-5 goals
      • Goals should align with 3 organizational goals
        • Build for Value: Build/launch one new program annually and accelerating responses to government stimulated accreditation opportunities;
        • Innovate for Value: Pursue and finalize strategic alliance(s) (new products, new markets, new resources, new revenue streams) by 2018. 
        • Innovate for Value: Launch Redefine Health. (Your goals might only be related to one or two of the above goals, in some cases all three)
              3. Rate the completion of 2017 Goals.
