His 20+ years of HR leadership experience includes advising and counseling senior management on employee and labor relations at Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, The Human Rights Campaign and the Independent Community Bankers of America. John is graduate of Towson University and University of Maryland University College. In his spare time he volunteers as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) worker for abused and neglected children.
