I am pleased to announce that we have launched a Business Continuity Planning Committee. The primary goal of this committee is to update our existing business continuity plan to reflect current business processes and departmental needs.  The purpose of business continuity planning is to ensure that our organization is prepared to survive disruptions, such as the temporary or permanent loss of our primary headquarters location. We need to ensure that we will be able to resume our critical business processes as quickly as possible so that we are able to meet the needs of our clients.

As we work to update the plan, we will be reaching out to each department for input. We value the contributions that we have received so far, and we appreciate you taking time out of your busy schedules to devote your time to this project. The end result will be a comprehensive plan which ensures the safety of staff while providing the roadmaps and details each team will need to get back on their feet. Our goal is to have an updated plan to share with you by June of this year.
