The Monthly Review spotlights a different URACer each month in a Q&A. This month it's Jason Buckner, one of URAC's new Pharmacy Reviewers.
TMR: When did you start at URAC and what brought you here?
Jason: 04/24/2018. I joined because I have always been interested in the accreditation process.
TMR: What were you doing before you came to URAC?
Jason: I was working as a Clinical Account Manager for a large organization.
TMR: Describe yourself in three words.
Jason: Energetic, Enthusiastic, Detail-Oriented.
TMR: How do you like to spend your leisure time?
Jason: I enjoy spending time with my pets and doing anything outside.
TMR: What’s your favorite restaurant?
Jason: Boudro’s on the Riverwalk. It has the most delicious steak.
TMR: What do you like to watch?
Jason: TV shows. Favorite shows are The Americans, Disappeared and Modern Family.
TMR: What kind of books do you like to read?
Jason: Robin Cook books but haven’t read one recently.
TMR: What's your favorite vacation spot?
Jason: Australia. Snorkeled at the Great Barrier Reef and visited Sydney, Melbourne and Alice Springs. It’s my favorite spot because of the beautiful scenery and amazing wildlife.
TMR: Are you a cat person or a dog person?
Jason: Both.
TMR: Tell us something about yourself that most people at URAC would not know about you.
Jason: I am a twin.
