Sneak Peek

Today is the final day to participate in the Work Environment Pulse Check.  Thank you to all of those who participated.

Untitled design (7).pngThis information is important because it will guide us as we make organizational improvements that will impact each of us.  The more people we hear from, the better we can determine where we should focus our efforts.  So far, we have heard from about 70 percent of our staff.  That is very good, particularly considering it has been nearly four years since we conducted this type of survey.  The results will be collated within the next few weeks and we will be sharing them with everyone.  Then we can all begin the improvement work.  Staff will be involved in the planning and execution of our activities and in addition to hearing about our results, we will be laying out the process for “working the issues.”

Thanks again for your participation and stay tuned!
