Marketing Launches New Webinar Portal

URAC's new webinar portal, which is hosted by Digitell, Inc., will make registering for webinars and accessing on-demand content much easier for clients and URAC staff.

The new portal requires first-time users to create a free account. When clients and staff register for any live or on-demand webinar (not on-demand workshops), they will get free registration, eliminating the need to enter a coupon code. Non-clients will be prompted to pay $250 for accreditation standards webinars.

When a registrant logs into their account to register for and access a live event, view information about the event, download any handouts, and take an online survey (after the webinar is finished). In their account, users will also be able to view content that they own (live events, on-demand webinars and on-demand workshops they've purchased), view/print receipts for past orders, and view all available content.

If a client registers for an accreditation standards webinar and does not see that it is free, please email marketing@urac.org, and we'll make sure the email address is added to the URAC client group on the portal. Please note: on-demand workshops are not provided free of charge, but are provided at a discount over the cost of the live workshop.

All URAC staff emails have been added, but feel free to contact marketing if you are unable to register for webinars for free.
