There goes 2017 already. And we've hit the ground running in first few days of 2018. From getting ready for the launch of the new website to ramping up promotions the big telehealth event and producing new content offers, we have a busy first quarter planned. Here's a summary:
- New website launch:
The December 2017 launch of the new URAC website has been delayed to the end of January. But it'll be worth the wait because this website is going to be, not only beautiful, but also full of interesting, relevant content that's easy to find. - URAC/Telemedicine Magazine National Telehealth Survey:
Read the article in The URAC Report about the survey results. The survey responses will also be presented in a session at the Telemed Leadership Forum. - Telemed Leadership Forum 2018, March 27-29, Renaissance Washington, DC:
URAC's first national telehealth conference (co-hosted with Telemedicine Magazine) is practically around the corner. We're stepping up eblast promotions, ads, articles, and social media campaigns to get registrations. Also, the event will be live streamed, which opens up a new market of people who don't want to travel. We'll be selling sponsorships for tables at the in-person event, as well as the live streaming event. Take a look at the latest agenda here: http://telemed.org/ - URAC Accreditation Workshops, March 1-2, Renaissance Washington, DC:
We'll have a two-day pharmacy accreditation workshop March 1 and 2. And in a separate meeting room, on March 1, we'll have the Core 4.0 workshop. Then on March 2, in separate meeting rooms, the Case Management and the HUM/WCUM workshops. The meeting rooms are all near each other, so all of the attendees will come together for breakfast and lunch. Also, for the first time, we'll be live streaming these workshops. So those clients who can't travel will still be able to register and watch the entire workshop from their home or office. The live streaming (webcast) registration is a per person fee (the same as an in-person registration). - New Video on Clinical Integration Accreditation:
We just launched a new animated white board video. Here's a blog article in The URAC Report about it. You can also view it on Vimeo. https://vimeo.com/249678226 - Becker's Hospital Review Executive Brief Campaign:
For the April (conference issue) of Becker's Hospital Review, Becker's editors will write a two-page thought leadership piece featuring interviews with the three organizations that have URAC Clinical Integration Accreditation. Plus, we will have two full-page ads next to the article. - Becker's Healthcare "White Paper Campaign":
This is a lead generation campaign for the Industry Insight Report, "Disrupting Healthcare: Risks and Reward of Telehealth." Becker's Healthcare is promoting the report through their e-newsletters and on their website. So far, we have generated more than 600 downloads. - "Transitions of Care: Proven Strategies to Close Care Gaps":
URAC's latest Industry Insight Report explores innovative ways organizations are improving transitions of care. The report will be promoted through The URAC Report, social media, and email campaigns. - Interactive Infographic: Clinically Integrated Networks:
Watch for a blog article and social media promotions on a new interactive infographic that will be released soon. Developed through the Ion Interactive software platform, the interactive infographic takes the URAC Industry Insight Report on Clinically Integrated Networks, and makes the content interactive and engaging for audiences. The goal is to drive engagement and social sharing, increasing the number of people who will eventually download the full report.
More updates to come in the next Monthly Review!
