As part of our research for the revamp of our business continuity plan, we realized that we wanted to enhance our ability to communicate with our staff. While the Office365 system provides us with a great deal of cloud-based redundancy, we must anticipate that an outage would severely limit our ability to relay important information to you in the event of a crisis.

To resolve this, we investigated several messaging platforms, and we are pleased to announce that we have selected Regroup Mass Notification.

Regroup is a secure, HIPAA complaint cloud-based notification system. It offers us the ability to send you critical information via e-mail, text message, and push notifications via the free AlertMe app, as well as voice recordings. You will also have the ability to communicate with us via this system.

We are currently testing Regroup in the Information Technology department and are planning on a larger test in the coming months. Stay tuned.
