Joshua Spofford

Joshua Spofford has served URAC over the past five years as operations analytics manager for Accrediting and Client Services and, most recently, as quality manager within Quality, Research and Measurement. He holds certification as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and specializes in systematic evaluation and optimization of work processes to improve the products and services URAC delivers. In his free time, Joshua is an avid soccer fan, waking up early on weekend mornings to watch his beloved Liverpool. He also plays a variety of intramural sports, including volleyball, dodgeball, flag football, and kickball (for which he holds two world championships). He and his fiancée, Sara, enjoy cooking together and trying out new recipes, though both love Taco Bell more than either is willing to admit.
