National Press Club

Next week, October 9-11, marketing staff will be at the National Press Club managing URAC's October accreditation standards workshops.  While registration for the workshops is lower than our registration numbers for March, the live streaming registration has helped to boost the numbers. The March workshop registration numbers were especially high because it was the first time that Core v4.0 was offered.

Here are our registration numbers as of October 3:

  • Mastering Healthcare Quality Performance Measures (Oct 9): 20 in-person; 21 live-stream
  • Core Accreditation Standards v3.2 (Oct 10): 7 in-person; 16 live-stream
  • Pharmacy Accreditation Standards (Oct 10-11): 24 in-person; 13 live-stream
  • HUM/WCUM (Oct 11): 4 in-person; 7 live-stream

The live-streaming and capture services will be provided by a local company, Performedia, LLC.

All in-person attendees were sent emails with their QR code to gain entry into the National Press Club, and links to download their materials. Live-streaming attendees were sent emails with the links to login to the live streaming player. After the workshops, we'll be uploading the MP4 video files to Digitell, and provide all live-stream attendees with access to the recorded sessions. In-person registrants will get a discount if they want to purchase the recorded session.
