Spotlight: Q&A with Stephen Graham, Accreditation Reviewer

The Monthly Review spotlights a different URACer each month in a Q&A. This month it's Stephen Graham, who has been with URAC for almost five years.

TMR: When did you start at URAC and what brought you here?Stephen Graham and Dog-edited-km.jpg
Stephen: Sept 2012.  A change to make a greater impact in healthcare by helping improve the quality of healthcare on a national level.

TMR: Describe yourself in three words.
Stephen: Loyal. Adventurous. Outgoing.

TMR: Where did you grow up?
Stephen: Middletown, Connecticut

TMR: What’s your favorite restaurant?
Stephen: Any that have the items they say they have on the menu.

TMR: What as the last movie you saw?
Stephen: The Accountant (on the plane)

TMR: What book do you currently have on your nightstand?
Stephen: World’s Best Getaways

TMR: Where did you go on your last vacation?
Stephen: Last place I went on vacation was to the Baltics (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania), Belarus, Finland, and Russia.

TMR: Are you a cat person or a dog person?
Stephen: DOG!  I have a three-and-half-year old Doberman Pincher named Freyja. She is a lap dog who is licensed as a therapy dog, and she used to volunteer in nursing homes.
