The Quality, Research & Measurement Team has been working diligently on updating the measure submission portal to ensure our clients can easily submit their data to meet accreditation requirements. We are pleased to announce that the opening of the web-based portal will occur on July 1, 2018. Clients are required to submit measure data if the program they are accredited under contain the RPT-1 and RPT-2 standards.
For clients that have just attained accreditation, measure reporting is not required during the first year of accreditation. During the second year of accreditation, clients should begin preparing their systems and begin to collect data, which will be reported in the third year of accreditation and every year thereafter. (See Diagram).

Each client’s primary point of contact will be notified of the login information prior to the portal launch, usually in late June. Please be advised that there is a fee associated with use of the measurement portal.
All organizations must submit the completed performance measurement data to URAC no later than September 30, 2018. No extensions will be granted. Failure to submit measures will affect an organization’s accreditation status.
