As URAC’s compliance risk manager, Carole enjoys applying her experiences in the areas of patient safety, risk management and loss prevention, quality and compliance, and organizational development to supporting URAC’s ability to achieve its strategic objectives. As a clinician, administrator and educator, Carole believes in the power of education to effect meaningful and lasting positive change. Prior to coming to URAC, Carole designed, developed and deployed strategic education on risk management for physicians, physician groups, and health care entities. Carole holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in public administration. Carole enjoys spending time with family, reading and cooking.
